We hope you’re happy with your purchase.
If that’s not entirely the case, no problem — you can easily return your order.

Below you’ll find how it works.

Return period

You can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unworn
  • undamaged
  • with all original tags attached
  • in original condition

Items that have been used, worn, or damaged unfortunately cannot be accepted.

The cost of returning your order is at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Refund via Giftcard (+ €5 extra store credit)

Would you like to receive your refund faster and get extra store credit?

When registering your return, you can choose a refund via gift card. If you select this option, you will receive €5 extra store credit on top of your return amount.

Benefits:

  • processed faster than a standard refund
  • €5 extra store credit

After your return has been processed, you will receive the gift card by email.

Refund

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 working days.

After processing, the purchase amount will be refunded within 2–10 working days via the original payment method.

Did you pay with Klarna?
Klarna will automatically adjust your invoice once we have processed the return.

Please note that we may wait to issue the refund until the returned items have been received.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.

Would you like a different size or color?
Please return the item and place a new order through the webshop.

Exceptions

Items delivered sealed for hygiene reasons (such as underwear or socks) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

Cooling-off period

After receiving your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may try on and inspect the item as you would in a physical store.

The item must not be worn or used.

If an item is damaged or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible via info@equalite.nl.
