As we continue to grow, our e-commerce setup is becoming more complex.

Multiple people are currently involved across Shopify, CRM and campaigns. We’re looking for someone who brings overview, structure and keeps everything moving.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for our day-to-day e-commerce and digital performance.
From launches to optimizations, you make sure everything runs smoothly and keeps improving.

What you’ll do

• Launch products, drops and campaigns
• Set up and manage sales and promotions
• Own and optimize our Shopify environment
• Contact person for Paid Media Agency
• Responsible for CRM (Klaviyo)
• Manage integrations with ERP and other systems
• Identify and improve conversion, UX and flows
• Work closely with our online agencies and website developer
• Analyze performance and translate it into actions
  
  What we’re looking for
• Strong hands-on Shopify experience (must)
• Experience with Klaviyo
• Experience in D2C Ecommerce (must)
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing
• Structured, analytical, proactive and detail-oriented
  
  Nice to have
• Experience with Itsperfect (ERP)
• Background in fashion
